Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee, which will be retained from the total booking amount.
