“My journey into nutritional medicine began with my own health challenges. After contracting amoebic dysentery and malaria during my travels in Kenya, Africa, I later developed ulcerative colitis and struggled with mental health issues. These experiences fuelled my passion for finding effective, holistic ways to heal—not just for myself, but for others on similar paths.”

Linda Conder

Founder & Nutritional Medicine Consultant – Gut & Mental Health Specialist

Linda Conder is a Nutritional Medicine Consultant with more than 25 years of combined teaching and nutritional medicine consulting experience. She specialises in gastrointestinal and mental health. Her unique approach involves addressing underlying causes by examining key puzzle pieces.

At age 29 Linda developed ulcerative colitis, a debilitating and painful gastrointestinal condition which developed while volunteering in a children's home in rural Kenya. This affected many aspects of her life including her work, but most dramatically it affected her mental health. Linda overcome her ulcerative colitis and mental health challenges through her research-based approach and is now dedicated to sharing her insights to help others regain their health.

Linda's talks and presentations are highly praised for their informative, inspiring, and practical nature, making complex health topics easily understandable and actionable.

Her focus areas:

  • Gut Health: Relieve bloating, rebalance bacteria, and optimise digestion.

  • Mental Health: Support mood and clarity through the gut-brain connection.

  • Custom Nutrition Plans: Science-backed, tailored strategies for chronic conditions or general wellbeing.

Linda uses in-depth health analysis, microbiome insights, and the latest research to deliver practical solutions. Her compassionate, holistic approach empowers clients to take control of their health—one step at a time.

Outside of her work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, camping and travelling.

“I believe that everyone has a food narrative. This is the story we tell ourselves which shapes our experiences, identities and choices around food. I believe that nutrition care should be research driven and underpinned by compassion and care to help people feel empowered, supported, and confident every step of the way.”
