Gut-Friendly Mocktail: Gut Glow Elixir
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kombucha (low-sugar, unflavoured) 
- ½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice 
- Juice of ½ lemon 
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 
- A handful of fresh mint leaves 
- Sparkling water to taste 
- Ice cubes 
Instructions:
- Muddle the mint leaves and ginger in the bottom of a glass. 
- Add ice cubes, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice. 
- Top with kombucha and sparkling water. 
- Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.
