Festive Gut-Friendly Treat: Chocolate Chia Pudding Cups

This recipe is simple, nourishing and gut-loving. Perfect for dessert or a cheeky mid-morning snack.

What you need:

Ingredients (makes 2–3 serves):

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp organic honey syrup or stevia (optional)

  • Berries and coconut yoghurt to serve

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl or jar.

  2. Let it sit for 10 minutes, stir again, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).

  3. Top with berries, a dollop of coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
